Dear Lord, give me greatness of heart to see,
The difference between duty and his love for me.
to help pass the time while he is away;
"The Navy has both a tradition and a future--and we look with pride and confidence in both directions."

So we all know about the three R's right? Reduce Reuse Recycle. I'm thinking we all have a pretty good idea about the recycle part but what about the other two?
Paper or plastic? How about NEITHER! Both paper & plastic consume energy and generate waste. A simple way to Reduce AND Reuse is to, bring reusable bags like a sturdy canvas tote to the grocery store, dry cleaner, bookstore, mall, and wherever else you go. Just say "no, thanks, I don't need a bag, I brought one of my own." and your well on your way to knocking out all three R's more often :)
